This resort-style hotel project involved our participation throughout the entire development process — from conceptualization and project structuring to comprehensive project management, including design and procurement.

The Project:

Approx. 8,000 m² of built area on a 9,000 m² lot.
The hotel includes 82 rooms, event and multipurpose rooms, a restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pool, and pool bar.
