Hotel Ibis Budget

After conducting a market study for the development of a hotel on a lot in Altos del Prado, we decided to move forward with a limited-service product, followed by an operator selection process.

We carried out a hotel brand selection process, which resulted in a franchise agreement with Accor Hotels under the Ibis Budget brand.
The property is operated by HGM Hoteles.

The property was sold to Constructora Miroal following the hotel’s opening.
