Barranco, Lima’s bohemian neighborhood, enchants visitors with its artistic atmosphere, colorful streets, and romantic seaside spirit.
Among its gems stands the Pedro de Osma Museum, a majestic republican-era mansion that houses a remarkable collection of Peruvian colonial art.
Surrounded by galleries, cafés, and murals, Barranco blends history, culture, and creativity, making it the epicenter of contemporary art in Lima.
The project, closely linked to the Pedro de Osma Museum, is being managed from its initial structuring phase and comprehensive development management all the way through to the hotel’s opening.
The Project:
Approx. 10,100 m² of built area.
The hotel includes 76 rooms, event and multipurpose rooms, a restaurant, bar, and gym.
Additionally, it features a commercial area with an approximate leasable space of 290 m².
